Cursed Blessings

Cursed Blessings

They say water is life,
And now the bubble has burst
Hail has caused hale unto us,
The hospital hostels now hostile,
All efforts pieced just like piste.
And it seems planers got planar minds,
There prayers now a prey
Maybe a way to get the hand to their mouth.

The heavens have broken loose,
The clouds have poured,
But the ground lacks the pores
And Barry can't even get the berry.
The waters has baited us,
No saviour to bait our troubles
And all we got are blessings in disguise.

We got no balls to bawl,
But loses to bear with our bare pockets.
The economy barred from bards,
Only to bark with words of our barque
Our arguments not based but basted like,
And all we got are cursed blessings in return.
