On my journey to Paradise,
I met an abalone,
Forgetting the lyre ,the trouble.
On my way to Paradise,
I met the mason,
Left abashed by my ways,
Taught to hold the vibrator,
Smoting the bricks to fit the frame.
I met the plumber,
The broken bricks brought to abeyance,
Fire flooded, water burnt.
My fingers turned to an abattoir,
I abhorred the two.
On my way to paradise,
I met the bar man,
His liquor made me abide,
Hard earned sweat turned sweet,
Sombre moments turned happy moments,
His tots like precious oil on my head,
And i moved from glass to grass.
